Deer Valley Resort, located in Park City, Utah, seeks a Seasonal Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative upkeep across resort properties and common areas. The role involves handling pool chemicals, painting products, and operating tools and vehicles in varying weather conditions.

The position requires at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a CPO certification. You will work with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall repairs, and general maintenance

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license.
• CPO certified in maintaining balanced pools and hot tub chemicals.
• Team player who functions well in a group.
• Willing to learn new skills and perform tasks safely and timely.
• Mid-level maintenance skills required.
• Service oriented and self-motivated.
• Computer skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair Deer Valley Resort properties and common areas.
• Work with pool chemicals, concrete sealers, and painting products.
• Work on ladders/scaffolding, use power tools, and operate company vehicles in various weather conditions.
• Perform grounds maintenance, snow removal and general grounds care.
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and various texturing.
