Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Skilled Technician to help install, maintain, and repair automated material handling equipment across our distribution sites.

You will troubleshoot breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with lead techs to meet aggressive timelines. This mid-level role offers growth toward Lead Technician/Tech III and requires a high school diploma with 2+ years in maintenance within industrial settings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' maintenance experience in a distribution, manufacturing or industrial setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess or ability to obtain a valid driver’s license.
• Familiar with wiring diagrams, symbols and electrical measuring.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance and common industrial tools, basic carpentry/plumbing, and electrical/electronic principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical aspects of MHE on site, including conveyors, sortation, robotics, and AS/RS.
• Adjust scanners, cameras, field buses, scales and printer applicators.
• Repair or replace belts, chains, cables, guides, bearings, wheels, pulleys; calibrate equipment.
