Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience working on industrial or production equipment.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of repairs.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing, GMPs, or sanitation standards is preferred.
• Will ingness to work flexible hours or occasional overtime as needed.
• Nice to Have (Not Required) exposure to PLCs or basic electrical troubleshooting; welding or light fabrication; CMMS system experience; background in food/confectionery manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment in a food manufacturing environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and keep equipment running smoothly.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, pneumatics, and related systems.
• Respond to production calls and breakdowns in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with equipment installations, improvements, and changeovers.
• Work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to support daily operations.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, machine guarding, and hot work practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work performed.
