Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year technical degree in engineering or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, or equivalent military experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and rebuild production machinery and electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
• Provide equipment maintenance, interventions, and repairs; perform intermediate troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Support operators with machine reliability and assist in troubleshooting setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly; report unusual or dangerous situations.
• Maintain work records and prepare clear oral and written reports.
• Follow all safety standards and quality protocols to ensure production exceeds standards.
