Job summary

Emphasis on preventive maintenance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced food processing environment. Ideal candidates bring hands-on problem solving, 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, and proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical work, welding, and rigging.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year technical degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting desired.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and rebuild production machinery and automated systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Provide equipment maintenance, interventions, and repairs; ensure safety and quality standards.
