Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Maintenance Tech II-Operator I based in Springfield, TN. You will install, maintain and repair machinery, electrical systems and structures, while promoting safety and responding to emergencies on the plant floor.

You will use a CMMS to document work orders and ensure safe operation of equipment. Prior hydraulics/pneumatics/mechanics experience is essential; knowledge of reading blueprints and measuring tools is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and basic electrical repair.
• Must be able to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
• Must possess an understanding of electronic and mechanical components to troubleshooting and repair.
• Must have a basic knowledge of the safe use and care of hand and power tools.
• Experience in Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Mechatronics experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in the facility.
• Reports any unsafe condition or act immediately to supervision or EHS team member.
• Understands company safety. Initiates and acts as facilitators on the floor to promote those initiatives.
• Must be knowledgeable and capable of responding to emergency situations
• Inspects plant equipment for proper working conditions and safe operation.
• Uses CMMS Maintenance System to document work order.
