Job summary

HDT Global is seeking a maintenance technician in Ohio to service structural systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical. You will diagnose issues, repair according to work orders, and determine materials and tools needed for tasks.

The role requires basic plumbing and electrical skills, the ability to read diagrams, operate small power tools, and a valid driver’s license. A forklift may be required in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related maintenance experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read diagrams and designs.
• Able to operate small power tools, other hand tools, computerized and high-pressure equipment.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance work and diagnostic testing on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Repairs existing structures according to work orders or instructions; determine materials and tools needed.
• Performs basic plumbing tasks and fixture installations (sinks, toilets, water heaters).
• Performs basic electrical work (replacing switches, sockets; installing conduit and wiring).
• Responsible for preventative maintenance program.
