Job summary

Concord is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You’ll perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.

In this role you’ll assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects, conduct preventative maintenance checks, and respond promptly to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
