Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to maintain guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas in line with property standards. You will perform routine repairs, safety checks, and cleaning to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for guests and associates while supporting hotel operations.

This role requires physical tasks, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to cover varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or engineering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards and tools.
• Ability to perform physical repairs independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Paints interior and exterior surfaces and repairs walls.
• Removes damaged appliances and installs replacements.
• Performs carpentry, plumbing, and electrical basic checks.
• Supports preventive maintenance checklist and minor repair orders.
• Inspects electrical and plumbing systems for minor repairs.
• Assists in safety audits and inventory management.
• Maintains cleanliness of public areas and assists guests.
