Job summary

The Graham Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle upkeep and repair duties across the property, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool/spa minor repairs. You will respond to maintenance requests from guests and assist in servicing company equipment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of solving problems quickly, with at least 2 years in a similar role and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.
• Extremely organized with good communication skills.
• Detailed oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool & spa (minor repairs).
• Troubleshoot and repair company machinery, equipment or appliances.
• Walk the property to note items needing attention.
• Respond to guest room calls/maintenance requests promptly.
• Keep maintenance storage areas neat and clean.
• Assist with inventory control.
