Metropolitan Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to service Featherton Crossing Apartments. The role involves general and preventive maintenance, apartment turns, grounds upkeep, and responding to work orders to ensure resident satisfaction.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic electrical/plumbing skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Trade school training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of prior related experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Trade school training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Residential maintenance repair and service including general cleanup and apartment turns.
• Maintain grounds and parking lot at assigned properties.
• Complete general work orders for residents.
• Perform carpentry, painting, cement work, masonry, and other upkeep tasks.
• Paint and repair apartments for turns using hand tools and small power tools.
• Follow safety regulations and MMG SOPs.
