The ideal candidate will perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance tasks, follow safety regulations, and provide high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential maintenance and repairs at assigned properties.
• Maintain grounds and perform snow removal and seasonal cleanup.
• Repair carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Provide high-quality customer service to residents.
• Follow safety regulations and MMG SOPs.
