Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to ensure guest units and buildings are maintained to high standards. The role focuses on maintenance skills, guest service, and ensuring all systems are functioning properly across properties.

Ideal candidates will have intermediate facilities maintenance knowledge (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), strong repair abilities, and a customer-service mindset to deliver dream vacations for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

Intermediate knowledge of facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs.
Customer service experience or approach with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs to ensure units and buildings are in good working order.
Conduct preventative maintenance programs for HVAC and other building systems.
Repair interior walls, wall coverings, ceilings, and painting as needed.
Inspect building systems, report deficiencies to supervisor, and cooperate with safety programs.
