Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper's Spartanburg facility in Moore, SC is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot, repair and maintain highly automated beverage production equipment, focusing on electrical, mechanical and control systems.

This full-time night-shift role offers starting pay of $36.87 per hour, increasing to $38.73 after six months, and includes benefits and TPM-driven continuous-improvement duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting 480V three-phase electrical systems and controls.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and repair manuals.
• Experience with computerized maintenance systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and demonstrate safe behaviors at all times.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on automated K‑Cup equipment.
• Analyze failures and perform repairs through adjustments, part replacement, or fabrication.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting on control systems, servo drives, motors, and starters.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Teach basic mechanical skills to line operators to support autonomous maintenance.
