Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and completion of an approved maintenance/apprentice program.
• Level II requires 6+ years in a similar role; Level III requires 8+ years; Sr requires 10+ years.
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics; familiarity with PLC logic.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
• Install/troubleshoot/maintain AC/DC drives and motors.
• Weld, fabricate, and install electrical, piping, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment as needed.
• Perform shop work using lathes, drills, milling machines, etc.
• Document maintenance activity in the CMMS and drive root-cause analysis.
