University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for UVMMC - Medical Center - Main Campus in Burlington. You will join a team maintaining hospital buildings, infrastructure, and essential support systems to ensure a safe and functional environment for patient care.
You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance across carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related trades while expanding skills across disciplines.

This position is for an Evening Shift: 3pm to 11pm
Weekday Evening shift: $2.50/hr differential
Weekend Evening shift: $6.00/hr differential

You’ll join a team of skilled Facilities professionals who bring expertise from a variety of trades while working together to maintain the hospital’s buildings, infrastructure, and essential support systems. This is more than a traditional maintenance position. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to apply your skills while working alongside experienced electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, plant operators, and other maintenance professionals to keep the hospital operating safely and efficiently.
