Job summary

Unarco Material Handling Llc is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to maintain and repair plant equipment, HVAC systems, electrical components, and general facility needs. The role requires reading schematics, troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems, and performing welding tasks as needed.

Candidate should have 5+ years of maintenance experience or an appropriate electrical education path, and be able to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience or equivalent
• Ability to read and analyze information and engineer drawings
• Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required

• Maintain and service plant equipment, HVAC, electrical, and general facility needs
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and facility issues
• Follow and assist in preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures
• Read and understand schematics and troubleshooting guides
• Work with various hand tools and welding equipment as needed

SummaryMaintain and service plant operating equipment, HVAC, electrical, and in-plant general necessities. Employee must be able to perform tasks such as: climbing a ladder, use of aerial platforms, repetitively pushing or pulling with arms in any position including overhead, and lifting 50 pounds intermittently as needed.
