This full-time, non-exempt role performs preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems, coordinates vendor visits, and conducts monthly life-safety inspections.

Evening, weekend, and on-call coverage may be required; primary site designated, with potential assignment to other Diversus

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the maintenance field.
• Good mechanical ability with formal training or experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

This full-time, non-exempt role, is expected to keeps equipment, buildings, and machinery operating safely and efficiently through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Performs proactive preventative maintenance and inspections on building systems, HVAC units, machinery, and fixtures at each facility. Perform monthly life safety and maintenance inspections, Executes prompt repairs. Coordinates vendor and contractor visits and repairs. Investigate alarms. Is available for scheduled on-call maintenance duties during weekends and after-hoursKey responsibilities include:Essential Functions:Performs general inspections, repairs, and maintenance to electrical, plumbing, concrete, masonry, roofing, HVAC, parking lots and fence systems as required includingElectrical repairs on items such as fixtures, switches, outlets, light bulbsPlumbing: clearing stoppages, fittings, flush valves, garbage disposal, ice makers etc.Carpentry such as fitting doors, windows, replacing and building shelvesDrywall installation, repair, patching and texturing, and paintingGeneral cleaning and repairRecords and reports on preventive maintenance, work orders, annual inspections, inventories and safety proceduresAcquires knowledge of locations of water and gas valves, back flows, sprinkler and parking lot time clocks, and fire extinguishersMaintains safety practices and reports unsafe working conditionsKeep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good conditionBenefits That Add Value to Your Total CompensationYour compensation at Diversus Health goes beyond your paycheck.
