Expected pay for this position is $21.72 - $25.55/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This is an hourly position.

Position Summary

Maintenance II performs complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks. Assists other tradespersons in installing equipment and troubleshooting building systems. Requires detailed knowledge of and ability to operate and maintain major mechanical systems such as heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, communication, and fire protection.

Schedule: 3rd shift, Wednesday-Saturday; 9:00pm-7:30am

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High School/GED education
• 2 years of experience in preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment, such as bearing grease, filter replacement, and lubrication of dampers, without requiring a license
• 2 years of experience in repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented
