**Expected pay** for this position ranges from $21.72 to $25.55/hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity. This is an hourly position.

Position Summary

Maintenance II performs complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks. The role involves assisting skilled tradespersons with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems, requiring detailed knowledge of major mechanical systems such as heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, communication, and fire protection.

Schedule: 3rd shift, Wednesday-Saturday, 9:00 pm - 7:30 am

Qualifications

Required:

• High School/GED
• At least 2 years of experience in preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment (e.g., bearing greasing, filter replacement, damper lubrication)
• 2 years of experience in repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks

Additional Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
