Job summary

StuartCo in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I to join Woodstone & Madison Apartments. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive tasks to ensure property operations, resident safety, and community satisfaction.

This role supports daily maintenance and turns under supervision while following safety policies. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm with occasional schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, lighting).
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and property management staff.
• Assist with apartment turns to ensure move-in readiness and quality standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules and guidelines.
• Coordinate exterior maintenance and grounds activities as applicable.
