Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and skilled individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician in Saint Paul, MN. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and repair of our properties to provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair a wide range of small appliances.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure appliances are operating efficiently and safely.
• Replace faulty parts using appropriate tools and manufacturer specifications.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately in logs or service reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or internal staff.
• Stay up to date with new appliance technologies and repair methods.
• Assist in inventory control of parts and tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years with property maintenance experience, specifically plumbing, electric and general appliance repair skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation required.
• Must professionally represent Housing Hub at all times.
• Must be proficient and comfortable with computer, tablet, smartphone tech.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Evenings & weekends as needed
