Job summary

StuartCo in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive tasks to keep our properties operating smoothly and residents safe.

You will support daily maintenance, assist with apartment turns, and work under general supervision, following established procedures and safety standards; a strong focus on reliability and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and management staff.
• Assist with apartment turns to ensure move-in readiness.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedules.
• Coordinate safety and compliance tasks.
• Maintain logs and documentation.
