TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the Ogden plant. The role involves assembly, installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical automated and bulk delivery systems.

Shift is 5pm–5am, Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday, with starting pay at $37.34 per hour. The ideal candidate will perform monthly PMs, troubleshoot PLC/relay logic, and ensure food safety and quality.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or trade/technical training is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Complete monthly PM of bulk delivery and scaling systems.
• Troubleshoot process issues with PLC or relay logic after on-the-job training.
• Knowledge of instrumentation: Transducers, RTDs, Thermocouples, etc.
• VFD replacement and programming.
• Responsible for food safety, quality and defense.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

Position Overview:

Under the supervision of the Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Lead Controls Technician, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assembly, installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical automated and bulk delivery systems.

This position will be on C or D Shift, which are 5pm to 5am, Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday.
Pay starting at $37.34.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Complete monthly PM of bulk delivery and scaling systems
• Troubleshoot process issues with on the job training using PLC or relay logic
• Knowledge of instrumentation: Transducers, RTDs, Thermocouples, etc.
• VFD replacement and programming
• Responsible for food safety, food quality and food defense.
• Other duties as assigned.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn new job related responsibilities
• Must be flexible to work varying hours and required overtime
• Must maintain timely and regular attendance

Physical demands:

• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills

• Education: HS Diploma, Trade school/technical training desired
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills
• Attention to detail a must
