Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at the Ogden plant. The role involves assembly, installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical automated and bulk delivery systems, on the 5pm–5am shifts.

The incumbent will perform PM routines, troubleshoot with PLC/relay logic, and ensure food safety and quality. Education includes HS Diploma or technical training, with strong communication and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, troubleshoot and maintain electrical automated and bulk delivery systems.

Job Description

Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Lead Controls Technician, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assembly, installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical automated and bulk delivery systems.

This position will be on C or D Shift, which are 5pm to 5am, Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday.

Pay starting at $37.34.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

• Complete monthly PM of bulk delivery and scaling systems
• Troubleshoot process issues with on the job training using PLC or relay logic
• Knowledge of instrumentation: Transducers, RTDs, Thermocouples, etc.
• VFD replacement and programming
• Responsible for food safety, food quality and food defense.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to learn new job related responsibilities
• Must be flexible to work varying hours and required overtime
• Must maintain timely and regular attendance

Physical demands

• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
