Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training in maintenance.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment turns and perform basic repairs.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and be part of on-call rotation.
