Every patient room, clinic, laboratory, and support space depends on a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment. As a Maintenance Technician I with Facilities Management, you'll help care for the buildings and systems that allow one of the region's most critical healthcare facilities to operate safely and reliably every day.
You'll be joining our HVAC team and working alongside experienced technicians and skilled trades professionals while developing your knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other building systems. You don't need to arrive knowing everything. Through hands-on experience, on-the-job training, and mentorship from experienced team members, you'll build the technical skills needed to troubleshoot equipment, perform maintenance, and contribute to the operation of a complex healthcare facility.
While HVAC will be your primary area of assignment and development, Facilities Management works as one team. You'll have opportunities to assist with general building maintenance and work alongside professionals in plumbing, electrical, central plant operations, carpentry, and other disciplines.
