Job summary

Sentral is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our on-site team in a Miami property. You’ll fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines, including plumbing, painting, electrical work, and HVAC systems. The role requires a rotating on-call schedule and strong ownership of tasks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, maintenance experience, and CPO/HVAC certifications. You’ll work with vendors, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to a people-first

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPO and HVAC certifications are required.
• Experience in building maintenance and safety inspections preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer service and respond to residents’ needs.
• Perform painting, electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on equipment and buildings.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors; on-call availability.
