Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven years of hotel maintenance or similar experience with carpentry, painting, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Experience with computer maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certificates: HVAC/AC, NCCER Levels 2, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform general services, repairs, and preventative maintenance for rooms, public spaces, and back of house areas.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems; determine repair or replacement needs.
• Maintain safety and compliance across mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Respond to maintenance calls for various spaces including pools, kitchens, and venues.
