Job summary

Smart Sand is seeking Maintenance Technicians in Wisconsin to join a hands-on maintenance team. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of stationary, plant, and mobile equipment with a pay range of $26–$30/hour plus a $1 night-shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, welding, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read basic measurements and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment using mechanical, electrical, welding, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
• Repair and service heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and trailers.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test production equipment and controls.
• Repair or replace control devices (switches, sensors, motor starters).
• Maintain maintenance logs and complete work orders.
