Job summary

Best Promotions, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Technician to join our maintenance team in Texas. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of production equipment, with occasional basic facility support.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and heating systems. You will diagnose problems, read schematics, and perform preventive maintenance while

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
Experience using a multimeter for troubleshooting.
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Experience with heating elements and temperature-control systems.
Familiarity with motors, pumps, bearings, and belts.
Ability to read basic electrical schematics and equipment docs.
Root-cause problem identification and independent work mindset.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems using a systematic process.
Troubleshoot electrical components including motors, relays, sensors, and control circuits.
Safely use a multimeter to check voltage, continuity, resistance, and amperage.
Troubleshoot pneumatic systems, including cylinders and valves.
Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including pumps and hoses.
Repair heating elements and temperature-control components.
Maintain heated oil drum / heat-transfer equipment and related components.
Diagnose and repair drive components such as belts and bearings.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections; document work.
Read schematics and equipment manuals; assist with installations and improvements.
Respond to breakdowns and restore operation quickly; follow LOTO procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe maintenance area.
