Job summary

PM Hotel Group operates the Doubletree by Hilton DFW North in Irving, TX, seeking a Maintenance Technician. This on-site, full-time role involves repairing and maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems to minimize downtime and keep the hotel running smoothly.

You will inspect equipment, replace fixtures, manage security/locks, and handle hazardous materials safely. A HS diploma and 1 year of related trade experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year of trade-related training.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment with minimal downtime.
• Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and fix equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure proper handling of chemicals and hazardous materials and accurate reporting.
• Secure and monitor building security systems; repair locks and manage keys.
