Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance - Level I in Port Orange, Florida. The role covers light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, janitorial work and more.

You will work as part of a team to uphold quality maintenance across our communities. The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to be on call for emergencies.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain amenity spaces to ensure they are well maintained and working properly.
• Keep grounds clean and free of trash or debris.
• Collaborate with management to keep property clean, safe and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings to coordinate daily vendor appointments and needed work.
• Communicate with maintenance team, management and staff on special projects.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• Possess ability to move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks on property.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
