Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces to ensure they are well kept and functioning.
• Maintain grounds, keep areas clean and free from trash or debris.
• Collaborate with management to keep property clean, safe, and appealing.
