Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Open to overtime, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and replace defective parts under supervision.
• General and preventive maintenance on electrical fixtures, machines, hydraulic equipment, and building.
• Ensure equipment safeguards and protective devices are operational at all times.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Request needed supplies for maintenance; use hand tools in repair activities.
• Assist with installation and replacement of equipment and facility components.
• Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork.
• Operate forklifts and lifts as required (or obtain certification).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 6S/Lean principles.
