Job summary

Rockline Industries seeks a Maintenance Tech I to perform routine troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance on our production equipment in Booneville, AR. This role operates on E-shift with long hours and a safety-sensitive assignment, contributing to 36–48 hour work weeks.

You will assist in equipment planning, document maintenance actions, and participate in process improvements while ensuring a clean, tour-ready facility and adherence to RRITE values: Renew, Respect, Integrity,

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• 1 year mechanical background or 1 year as an Advanced Operator.
• Basic experience maintaining/troubleshooting machine control systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA Industrial Safety standards and practices.
• Welding/fabricating/layout skills preferred.
• Good communication/documentation skills; ability to read and write English.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematic diagrams.
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 ft.
• Machine Tool experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance.
• Provide labor to assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Respond to and address basic technical issues.
• Assist the Equipment Planner and Continuous Improvement Technician.
• Complete assigned rebuild work orders.
• Utilize maintenance EAM software to track all work progress and materials to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Identify and communicate parts needed to supervisor or Parts Room Coordinator.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
• Participate in process development activities and projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Demonstrate commitment to Rockline's RRITE values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence.
• Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility is part of each associate's essential accountabilities.

Work Schedule

• Only work 3 (36 hours) to 4 (48 Hours) days per week!
