Job summary

Mister Car Wash is hiring a Maintenance Technician I to keep our car wash sites running safely and efficiently. You’ll join a tight-knit team and take ownership of your craft in a fast-growing national brand.

The role includes travel across your market in a company-provided vehicle for scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs, with a schedule of 5 days per week and shifts from 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Starts at $26.00/hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred).
• Electrical experience with 3-phase high- and low-voltage systems, control wiring and powered equipment, and VFD/PLC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its best.
• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems including control wiring and 3-phase power.
• Travel across your market in a company vehicle for scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs.
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
• Build strong relationships with teammates relying on your technical expertise.
• Maintain safe, efficient, and fully operational locations reflecting excellence.

As a Maintenance Technician I, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team that relies on your expertise to keep our sites running safely and efficiently. You’ll grow your skills, take ownership of your craft, and help deliver an experience our customers can be proud of.

The schedule for this role is flexible - 5 days per week with any 2 days off besides Monday and Wednesday - Shift Hours: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM. This position starts at $26.00/hour

Jump into a hands-on role where no two days are the same. As a Maintenance Technician I, you’ll:

• Apply your electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its best

You’re driven, hands-on, and ready to be part of a team that gets things done. Ideally, you have:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred)


• Electrical experience, including exposure to:

  • Control wiring and powered equipment

• Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders)


• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required upon hire)
