Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group - USA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair production machinery, utilities, and facility systems on the 2nd shift. You will diagnose mechanical issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure safety standards are followed across the plant.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, and experience reading manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing/industrial Maintenance Mechanic or Technician position.
• Deep familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
• Ability to interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools and precision measurement.
• Strong troubleshooting and prioritization skills; minimal supervision required.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond fast to line interruptions and resolve root causes to prevent recurrences.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install components to return assets to service.
• Record work precisely in our CMMS (MaintainX) to drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance peers to elevate reliability.
