Job summary

Paramount Placement is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a heavy manufacturing operation. The role requires 6–8 years of millwright or related maintenance experience or a journeyman’s license, with strong mechanical troubleshooting in hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, motors, and gearboxes.

You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, read blueprints, perform welding as needed, and work with conveyors, presses, pumps, robotic cells, and CNC

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Millwright, Industrial/Heavy MFG maintenance, or Machine Repair experience OR Journeyman’s License in related mechanical trade.
• Experience with mechanical troubleshooting of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, etc.
• Welding/Fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience with equipment and machine installations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical failures, perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, pump, gearbox, bearing, and motor systems.
• Install machinery, read blueprints and mechanical schematics, and weld as needed.
• Work with conveyors, presses, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, ovens, robotic welding cells, CNC fabrication equipment, and other automated machinery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
