Job summary

AAMCI-Management, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a full-time Property Maintenance Technician with EPA or HVAC certification to preserve the community's value.

This hands-on role involves general maintenance, on-call rotations, and coordinating with a property management team. Must have HVAC experience, HS diploma, and ability to lift 50 pounds; valid driver's license required; benefits included.

Qualifications

• EPA/HVAC certification is required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Two years of maintenance experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical and/or HVAC repairs.
• Ability to lift, regularly move and maneuver objects weighing 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electric, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement.
• Utilize IPAD or tablet for daily job tasks including receiving and prioritizing work orders.
• Assist with unit turns with drywall work, painting, cleaning and removing trash.
• Maintain the grounds in a clean, safe and sanitary condition.
• Participate in on‑call emergency schedule for evening, weekends, and holidays.
• Complete work order requests.
