The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facility equipment and systems across various environments. This position is responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting malfunctions, and executing timely repairs to prevent downtime and maintain safety standards. The Maintenance Technician collaborates closely with other team members to support preventive maintenance programs and improve overall facility reliability. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions to extend equipment lifespan. Ultimately, the Maintenance Technician contributes to a safe, functional, and productive workplace by maintaining all mechanical, electrical, and structural components in optimal condition.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, HVAC, or related fields.

  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
