• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Welding stainless and aluminum

Responsibilities

• Observes mechanical devices in operation and locates trouble sources.
• Dismantles devices to access and remove defective parts.
• Inspects parts to verify dimensional changes and tolerances.
• Adjusts functional parts and control instruments.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts and lubricates equipment.
• Installs parts and tests device performance.
• Operates drill press, grinder and other metalworking tools.
• Performs preventative maintenance and preventive checks.
