Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years on-the-job experience is required.
• Minimum one year construction or professional trade experience is preferred.
• Experience with multiple hand and power tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily physical plant rounds and facility issue inspections.
• Preventive Maintenance rounds of the facility.
• Minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical and cosmetic repairs; painting.
• Perform daily plant rounds and fix lighting and cosmetic issues as needed.
• Check maintenance request logs and make corrections as needed.
• Assist staff with tasks and move equipment or furniture as required.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Director to improve facility systems.
