Job summary

Seaside Vacation Homes in Seaside, Oregon, is hiring for part-time and full-time Maintenance Technician Handyman professionals to care for 62 homes and condos in our rental program.

You’ll join a small, dedicated crew; hours range from part- to full-time, with pay starting at $18/hour during training and rising to $25/hour for experienced staff. Benefits include health insurance, training, retirement fund, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Basic computer, internet, and typing skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Resident of the North Coast or have a transition plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist with light, quick-progress projects such as plumbing, electrical, painting, carpet cleaning, flooring, and inspections.
• Document maintenance orders on laptop computers onsite; help schedule and track completed work.
