PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MAINTENANCE TECH

Experience in any of the following areas is invited to apply: Handyman, Craftsman, Journeyman, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Construction, Contractor, Carpet Cleaning, Flooring, Inspection or Painting.

Seaside Vacation Homes, located in Seaside, OR, is searching for part‑time and full‑time Maintenance Technician Handyman Professionals to care for the 62 homes and condos in our rental program. Our properties are better kept than the competition and we focus on running a program where you are supported by a team of skilled craftsmen who have your back! Our office hours are 9:30 am–6 pm. Most of our part‑time staff work 2–3 days a week. Pay varies between hourly and piece work depending on the schedule. Pay starts at $18/hr while in training with potential up to $25/hr for experienced staff. REQUIREMENTS

• Pot is a no‑go at work or outside for us.
• Clean driving record.
• Must have established residence on North Coast or have a transition plan.
• You will need a reliable car or truck to get to work, valid DL, and clean driving record. Company vehicles are provided on the job, but we need to know you will not be walking in the rain come winter.
• MUST be able to have basic computer, internet and typing skills. Advanced skills is a "+" but not necessary. This includes scheduling & documenting the work we have maintenance orders happen on laptop computers onsite billable to the job, so if you are a slow typer or struggle with computers, this may be difficult.

We are looking for the next addition to our team at SeasideVacationHomes.com. We haven’t been able to break our cue of over 150 work orders because they keep coming in as fast as we bang them out and we are looking for another set of skilled hands for our team. You should have professional home care experience: know how to use a multi‑meter, drywall trowel, drill, etc. We are NOT running a construction operation; this is light quick get‑it‑done honey‑do list type of work that will frequently bump into troubleshooting & referral.

The position is full‑time year‑round employment.
