Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Silver Dollar Maintenance Tech in Odessa, FL to perform diverse maintenance tasks including repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping. You will work as part of a team to uphold high maintenance standards and ensure all amenity spaces are well maintained and safe.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to be on call after hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Current auto insurance is required.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, janitorial and more.
• Ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by ELS.
• Maintain amenity spaces and grounds, keeping them clean and working properly.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs as needed.
• Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and needed work.
