Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work with equipment.
• Willingness to respond to emergency calls after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform light appliance repairs and minor plumbing.
• Maintain grounds and ensure property cleanliness.
• Report maintenance concerns directly to management.
• Drive maintenance trucks to various locations.

Skills

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Willingness to be on call

Education

High school diploma or equivalent experience
