Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces and ensure proper functioning.
• Keep grounds clean and debris-free.
• Collaborate with management to maintain a safe, attractive property.
• Attend morning staff meetings to plan daily work.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff, management, and vendors on projects.
• Report maintenance issues and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects; may drive maintenance trucks on site.
• Monitor inventory and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
