Job summary

Outcome HC is seeking an Engineering/Environmental Services Assistant to support upkeep and repairs at the Residence of King David. The role covers mechanical equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, interior finishes, and grounds, with housekeeping responsibilities.

Candidates should have a valid Ohio driver’s license, at least 3 years of building maintenance experience, ability to manage budgets, prioritize work orders, and willingness to work over 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
• 3 years minimum experience in general building maintenance.
• Sensitivity to senior adults and their needs.
• Must be able to work within and track and maintain a budget.
• Must be able to prioritize work orders.
• Must be able to work in excess of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with upkeep and repairs of Residence of King David.
• Maintain building and outside grounds including mechanical equipment, HVAC, interiors, plumbing, electrical, and remodeling tasks.
• Housekeeping of the building.
