Job summary

Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our SQF-certified food manufacturing facility. You will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment, and provide multi-skilled support to the production team on a 24/5 operation.

The role emphasizes proactive maintenance, accurate CMMS documentation, and working safely in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 3 years in manufacturing with PLC and VFD experience is preferred; shift is 2pm–10pm,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience (food processing equipment preferred).
• Ability to diagnose electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Operate and document using CMMS; create work orders and record-keeping.
• Ensure safety policies and GMP compliance; maintain clean work area.
• Support continuous improvement projects on a 24/5 operation schedule.
